We've enjoyed a lot of demand for our unique offline service, where we quite literally bring UNIT to you. Here's how it works. First, bring us your rushes and we will digitise them, uncompressed onto our Xsan storage system. Next, one of our tech team will compress your rushes onto an external Firewire drive. Finally, we will deliver your Final Cut suite to your doorstep, including a fully-specced Mac, a 23" display, headphones, commentary record microphone and speakers.
Our inclusive tech support service includes telephone assistance, remote desktop trouble shooting, and, where needed, personal call outs. Because we've held all your media for you, when you return for your online we simply re-link the media, and you're good to go - no need for conforming!
