An experienced visual effects specialist, Luke is UNIT's Head of Creative. Luke is a multi-skilled operator at home on Flame and Nuke. His technical skills and vast portfolio of work place him in the perfect position to ensure that every client's visual effects brief is interpreted in the best way possible.

Will, as a 3D Artist, is a key member of our VFX team. With invaluable industry experience behind him, Will is highly skilled at "creating something out of nothing". For him the joy of being a 3D Artist is like being a magician, creating characters and environments from scratch, as well as building on existing material. Will's specialist areas are modelling and special effects. "I love that I'm able to create environments and scenes that can't be created in real life"
Claire is a motion graphics artist who works across a wide range of design disciplines from motion graphics to print to installation pieces. Claire has a degree in Graphic Design and Moving image and many years of commercial experience. Not only did she study moving image but also typography, film, colour theory and design which informs all of her work.
For Claire, working with other creatives and making these elements work in conjunction is highly exciting, challenging and emotive! Claire always strives to deliver something which not only meets client specifications but makes you go wow!
Melbourne native designer Matt joins Unit, with an enviable swag of experience and ideas.
For the past 5 years Matt has been excelling as a designer of inventive motion graphics and live-action production. Working within every realm of the industry including TVCs, dramas, documentaries and short films, what distinguishes Matt from other young creatives is his flexibility to embrace new ideas, bring external influences and his fusion of live action and animation. From written concept Matt is able to present a clear vision and then bring his vision to life, using initiative and ingenuity to resolve the inevitable obstacles that arise in a creative process.
