UNIT Delivers VFX for Market Leading Beauty Brand Dove’s 72-hour Whole Body Deodorant for ‘Smell Beautiful Everywhere’ campaign

UNIT has brought to life the post production for Dove’s latest brand commercial.

The creative team set out to film real women as they share their stories that redefine beauty to launch the new whole body deodorant as part of the European ‘Smell Beautiful Everywhere’ campaign.

The campaign marks the debut of Dove’s refreshed visual identity, celebrating Real Beauty with a vibrant, nature-infused aesthetic. 

Real women were cast and adorned with hundreds of fresh flowers – symbolising the product’s floral notes and all-over freshness.

UNIT’s team, led by Producer Wil Male, worked closely with the agency and production team to craft seamless visual effects that enhanced the natural beauty of the floral installations and elevated the ethereal tone of the spot

UNIT delivered a wide range of VFX work from dynamic flower animation to the compositing that brought the campaign’s vision to life. The collaborative approach and attention to detail ensured the visual effects seamlessly supported the campaign’s message of confidence, freshness, and beauty – showing how the product works across the whole body. UNIT also delivered the grade with Creative Director of Colour Denny Cooper  accentuating the white plus world that Dove is known for – whilst working to make sure the flowers popped without losing the beauty of the skin tones of the talent. The Audio was also carried out by UNIT’s Creative Director of Sound Jamie Thomas.
