This Girl Can’s Digital Campaign created by FCB Inferno

Creative post house UNIT are proud to have worked with FCB Inferno on the hugely successful This Girl Can campaign. UNIT delivered the post including grade, mix and VFX on the teaser and content films that have gone live across social media channels and on the website.

Staying true to its original formula of showing real women and girls playing sport and getting active, the ambition is still about overcoming judgement – but will also feature new messages to empower woman, and a range of new and returning faces. The message is clear: it’s OK to sweat, it’s OK to jiggle, it’s OK not to be brilliant (or to be brilliant!) and it’s normal for life to get in the way sometimes.

The government backed campaign was written and created by FCB Inferno and directed by Somesuch’s Kim Gehrig.

On collaborating on the digital side of the project UNIT producer Tania De Sousa comments, “I loved working on this part on the campaign, as I totally relate to finding exercise intimidating and scary. I really hope it makes a difference and women find something that works for them. Simon (Astbury) and Jamie (Thomas) did a great job on making the images pop with a great grade and mix.”

“We were excited to work on such a prestigious and cool project promoting women and health with such a creative and innovative agency and client”, adds Sally Heath, UNIT’s Head of Production.
