Unit celebrate the launch of Mark Denton’s new book

The UNIT team headed down to our friends at Big Buoy for the launch of the one and only Mark Denton’s new book ‘Unleash the Power of Puerility’ which is described by Mark as ‘a seriously stupid self-help book about the remarkable benefits of being silly’. 

This abundantly illustrated, funny self help book shares the secrets to a long and prolific creative life, based on the ‘inspirational’ lectures of the artist himself. The collection of stories shares Marks proven formula of coming up with a schoolboy idea, applying a high-end finish and looking on as unexpected, magical results unfold. 

We had an excellent evening which included a great talk by Mark himself as well as some fabulous pieces of set design which brought to life some of the weird and wonderful imagery found in the book.
