UNIT’s Head of Colour Denny Cooper paints striking short film ‘And I shall Rise’ directed by Meena Ayittey and Greg Rattazzi

UNIT are proud to have collaborated on this incredible film directed by Great Guns’ Meena Ayittey and Greg Rattazzi, named ‘And I Shall Rise’. The film produced by Groundglass, is a powerful, poetic exploration of identity, acceptance, and the role of motherhood in South Africa’s LGBTQ+ community, and stars drag artist and activist Belinda Qaqamba Ka-Fassie.

Denny Cooper, UNIT Head of Colour delivers a stunningly beautiful and striking grade on this fantastic short film.
