UNIT Studios worked with Libertine and Canada to create this BaByliss campaign ‘Cut the Cord and ‘Feel the Freedom.’ Showcasing their new cordless straighteners, which allow more movement and freedom as you’re getting ready to go out. The team across 2D and colour have created in black & white, giving it an old movie star feel, and is set in different terrains and settings to suggest the high quality of the straighteners.
Our Creative Director of Colour Denny Cooper kept to a black and white colour palette throughout the film to encompass the chic style of city life through to the dusty desert scenes. The natural light was also enhanced to add to the films atmosphere.
